Shipping policy
Remnant & Rose observes the Sabbath from Friday sundown to Saturday sundown. Any orders placed after Friday morning's mail pickup will not be mailed until Monday morning. Thank you for your understanding.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders will not be processed on holidays or after Friday's mail pickup and will resume on Monday.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We ship via USPS with the following estimated delivery timeframes:
- Standard: 5–7 business days
- Priority: 2–3 business days
Please note that USPS may experience delays due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
If your items are damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at remnantandrose25@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.
